🚚 Delivery Options & Pricing
We work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably — because a great fragrance deserves great service. All delivery services are tracked.

⏰ Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. During peak periods, it may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated.
📦 Free Delivery on Orders Over £40
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £40.
You’ll see this applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
🌍 Delivery Regions
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and BFPO addresses).
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
🛑 Third-Party Couriers & Delays
We partner with trusted carriers (including Royal Mail and DPD) — but once your parcel is with them, some things are out of our hands (e.g. strikes, severe weather, road closures, or changes to government policy).
If there's a delay, we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop. You can also track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
❗Missing or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or incomplete:
Keep the outer packaging and shipping label
Take a few quick photos if you can
Let us know at customerservice@scent-outlet.com within 72 hours of delivery
We’ll work with you to resolve things quickly, whether that’s a refund, replacement or resend.
🚫 Lost Parcels & Late Deliveries
Royal Mail and DPD require the following timeframes before a parcel is classed as lost:
15 working days from dispatch for standard services
10 working days from dispatch for next-day services
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after this time, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement — once you’ve completed a short non-receipt declaration (just a quick form to confirm it didn’t arrive).
Important: Lost or non-delivered parcels must be reported to us within 10 days of dispatch. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
⚠️ Suspension of Supply
Occasionally, we may need to pause the fulfilment of a product:
To fix technical issues or apply updates
To reflect changes in law or regulatory requirements
To meet your specific order requests or customisations
We’ll always try to notify you in advance, unless it’s an urgent situation.
📬 When is the product your responsibility?
Responsibility for your order passes to you as soon as it’s delivered to the address you provided.
Ownership of the goods transfers once we’ve received full cleared payment.
